Job Description : Analyst – GDC PM / Pune
Project Management analyst will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the end to end coordination of multiple projects for the set of countries. He / She is responsible for planning, commissioning, and monitoring the activities for successful completion of assigned projects.
Duties and responsibilities
Coordination:
• Ensure delivery of a complete project management service to Operating Companies from inception to completion
• Coordinate with CS teams, Scripting, DP, Charting, regional and local PM, RM, fieldwork coordinator, media team for seamless execution of the projects.
• Work with senior Project managers to set clear priorities, action plans and expectations for running of projects
• Continuously review the services provided to the clients to identify and exploit potential efficiencies
• Take accountability of deadlines – actively escalate and seek help if timings are not being met
• Report any problems that arise on the projects, and be aware of the troubleshooting steps and action taken
• Trouble shoot / resolve queries from various stakeholders and conduct RCA for any issues during the project cycle
• Decision making to provide solutions and suggestions
• Take ownership of all the outcomes of the project managed
• Keep all parties informed of status and progress
Communication
• Independently handle client communication
• To establish a point of contact with your client and develop the relationship
• To actively encourage closer relations between Client Service, local teams and technical teams.
• Lead / Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls and provide regular project status
updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams.
• Minutes of meeting to be rolled out within 1 working day where ever applicable.

o Must have a basic understanding of different research methodologies and experience of questionnaire design / management

o Strong understanding of categories & brands as well as markets.
• KNOWLEDGE BUILDING:
o Shares expertise and experience with members of the account team to continuously build skills and knowledge at the team level
o Takes ownership for own professional development, actively seeks out opportunities to improve professional skills and keeps self-up-to-date with new developments and/or innovations for the Link solution

o Work with stakeholders to meet client needs, generate insights and recommendations, responsible for timely, accurate and quality deliverables

o Spends time with internal clients to gain a deeper understanding of the (end) client’s strategy, business goals and marketing plans (2) Is responsive to internal and end client’s needs/requests
• DETAIL ORIENTATION:
o Ability to plan at a micro level for all aspects of the project setup and delivery and ensure that the plan is adhered to by all parties. And meticulous attention to detail when working with data and project findings.
• SYSTEMS / PROCESS THINKING :
o Ability to understand each part of the Link Process flow, what is required and how it fits within overall project flow in order to create and implement effective project plans for each study; To constantly review and challenge existing processes to uncover more efficient approaches and help create a culture of continuous improvement within their team
